Return Policy

Not Happy with Your Order?

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return your product within 14 days of receiving it—provided the item is in like-new condition, free from visible wear and tear. Please note that, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty or an error on our part, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

· For returns not related to warranty or our error, customers bear the cost of return shipping.

Damaged Items or Low Quality

For fastest resolution, images taken on a flat surface, with the item’s tag and defect prominently displayed, are preferred. Once we confirm the situation, we will send a replacement without requiring you to return the defective item. Your feedback will help us both resolve your order and prevent future errors.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Unshipped Orders

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, simply contact us at harttoart846@gmail.com and include your order number for expedited service. We will process your cancellation swiftly and confirm once it’s complete.

Cancelling Shipped Orders

If your order has already been shipped or is en route to its destination, you can still cancel by contacting us and refusing to accept the parcel upon delivery. As we cannot recall shipments at this stage, once the parcel begins its return journey, we will refund your payment minus shipping costs. Refunds will be issued promptly once the returned parcel is in transit.

Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers only manufacturing defects. It does not apply to damages resulting from accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, breakdown due to sun exposure, or any after-market modifications. Products exposed to water are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

For quickest resolution, please include a photo that clearly demonstrates the defect or damage. Place your item on a flat surface, showing the tag and defect. This information helps us assist you more efficiently and prevent future issues.

Return Details

· We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your merchandise.

· Order cancellations are accepted before shipment.

· After-sales issues are processed within 24 hours of your request.

· If you cancel your order before delivery and within the cancellation period specified on our website, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Return Shipping Fees

· If the return is initiated by the consumer, they are responsible for shipping fees, determined by the chosen courier.

· If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, all shipping fees will be covered by us. If the return is due to our error—such as a damaged or incorrect product—you will not be responsible for shipping fees. Kindly submit a ticket via our Support Center for prompt assistance.
